About modification and amendments in Regulations of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. in Item 6:

in word part one "state bodies" shall be replaced with words "state bodies";

part the second after the word is "approved" to be added with the word "interested";

in Item 8:

the fifth to exclude part;

the sixth - the twenty second to consider parts respectively parts five - the twenty first;

add Item with part twenty second of the following content:

"Projects of regulatory legal acts on the questions affecting the labor and social and economic rights and interests of citizens shall go to Federation of trade unions of Belarus for introduction of possible notes and offers. At the same time when entering the project of regulatory legal act into Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus information on results of consideration of the project by Federation of trade unions of Belarus is attached to it.".
