About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine relatively about moving of goods to the area or from the area of conducting anti-terrorist operation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

To add 1) with Article 204-3 of the following content:

"Article 204-3. Violation of procedure for movement of goods to the area or from the area of conducting anti-terrorist operation

1. Violation of procedure for movement of goods to the area or from the area of conducting anti-terrorist operation -

attracts imposing of penalty on persons moving such goods, from ten to hundred free minima income of citizens with confiscation of such goods.

2. The same actions which are commited by person which within year was subjected to administrative punishment for the violation provided by part one of this Article -

involve imposing of penalty on persons moving such goods, from hundred to two hundred free minima income of citizens with confiscation of such goods";

Article 221 after figures "204-2" to add 2) with figures "204-3";

3) in Item of 1 part one of Article 255:

a) in the paragraph "bodies of the State Border Service of Ukraine (parts two, the fourth and fifth Articles 85, 92, 185-10, 191, 204-206-1)" figures "204-206-1" to replace Articles with figures "204-204-2, 205-206-1";

b) the paragraph "bodies of the State Tax Service (Article 51-2, 155-1, 162-1, 162-2, 163-1-163-4, 163-12, 164, 164-5, 164-16, 166-16, 166-17, 177-2)" to state in the following edition:

"Bodies of the State Tax Service (Article 51-2, 155-1, 162-1, 162-2, 163-1-163-4, 163-12, 164, 164-5, 164-16, 166-16, 166-17, 177-2, 204-3)".

2. "About fight against terrorism" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, No. 25, of Art. 180 with subsequent changes) to add the law of Ukraine with Article 14-1 of the following content:
