Determine that date of emergence of the obligation in 2012-2013 on the tax discharge on the income of the foreign organizations which are not performing activities in the Republic of Belarus through permanent mission concerning the income of the GCM GLOBAL ENERGY PLC company (United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland) from debt obligations date of the actual payment (implementation of payment, cession of property, property rights, carrying out offsetting of counter claims of the same kind depending on the forms of calculations established by agreement parties) foreign limited liability company "Slavkaly" of the income of the GCM GLOBAL ENERGY PLC company (United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland) from debt obligations is recognized.

2. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2012.
