About the Business and cultural complex of Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Russian Federation

For the purpose of creation of conditions for effective functioning of the Business and cultural complex of Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Russian Federation:

1. Determine that:

1.1. financing of maintenance costs and functioning of the Business and cultural complex of Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Russian Federation (further – complex) is performed for the account:

the means of the republican budget provided to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on opening and content of diplomatic representations and consular establishments of the Republic of Belarus abroad;

income gained by Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Russian Federation (further – Embassy) from provision in temporary use of rooms and other property of complex for holding actions within the international, cultural and information cooperation (further – actions), other purposes determined by this Decree, rendering the accompanying services in accommodation, food, transport and other servicing (further – the accompanying services) with respect for rules of international law and legislations of the Russian Federation;

1.2. state bodies * and the state organizations ** when holding actions in the Russian Federation take measures for the maximum use of property of complex.

For this purpose the Ministry of Foreign Affairs the plan of use of property of complex for holding actions by state bodies and state organizations (further – the plan) determining state bodies and the state organizations which provides funds of the republican budget for holding actions annually affirms.

For holding the actions included in the plan, state bodies and the state organizations in coordination with the Ministry of Culture legal entities can attract on the basis of civil agreements, physical persons, including individual entrepreneurs, from among creative specialists with payment for the account of means of the republican expenditure budget on accommodation, food, journey according to the plan.

The procedure for forming of the plan affirms Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.
