About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning streamlining of activities of military civil authorities

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About local self-government in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1997, No. 24, Art. 170; 2009, No. 19, Art. 260; 2013, No. 14, Art. 89):

Article 12 to add 1) with part six of the following content:

"6. Powers of rural, settlement, city chairmen can be temporarily assigned to the head of the relevant military civil authorities according to the Law of Ukraine "About military civil authorities";

2) part one of Article 78 to add with Item 3 following of content:

"3) provided by the Law of Ukraine "About military civil authorities";

Part the second Article 79 to add 3) with words "and also in the case provided by the Law of Ukraine "About military civil authorities".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About local public administrations" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 20-21, of Art. 190; 2011, No. 10, Art. 63; 2013, No. 17, Art. 154):

Article 10 to add 1) with part four of the following content:

"Powers of first deputies and deputy chairmen of district and regional public administrations can be stopped in the case provided by the Law of Ukraine "About military civil authorities";

Article 11 to add 2) with part three of the following content:

"Powers of heads of structural divisions and other officials of local public administrations can be stopped in the case provided by the Law of Ukraine "About military civil authorities".

3. In the Law of Ukraine "About military civil authorities" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2015, No. 13, the Art. 87):
