About attraction of loan of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development for project implementation "Development of water supply systems and water disposal"

For the purpose of ensuring project implementation I decide "Development of water supply systems and water disposal":

1. Approve the enclosed draft agreement on loan (additional loan for the "Development of Water Supply Systems and Water Disposal" project) between the Republic of Belarus and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development * (further - the Agreement) as basis for negotiation.

2. Authorize the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities on:

3. Determine that for the purpose of implementation of the Agreement the republican affiliated investment and production unitary enterprise "BELKOMTEKHINVEST":

"Development of water supply systems and water disposal" conducts procurement of goods (works, services) for project implementation, and also reflects in financial accounting economic activities according to the Agreement;

constitutes accounting records and represents to the Ministry of Finance and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development reports on use of means of loan of the called bank involved to project implementation "Development of water supply systems and water disposal";

the special account in US dollars on the conditions determined in the Agreement for transfer and receipt of means of additional loan for the "Development of Water Supply Systems and Water Disposal" project opens in open joint stock company "The Belarusian development bank and reconstruction Belinvestbank (further - loan);

increases for implementation of the Agreement by two units the number of staff of workers for implementation of purchases according to the paragraph the second this part, management of finance and the solution of technical questions within implementation of the Agreement.
