Take into consideration that customer on designing and construction of the company for mechanical sorting of waste in Grodno (further - the customer) is the state regional unitary enterprise "Management of Capital Construction of the Grodno Regional Executive Committee", and general contract organization on designing and construction of the company for mechanical sorting of waste in Grodno, to production and delivery of the equipment, its installation and carrying out testing, input of the specified company in operation (further - general contract organization) - the Chinese machine-building engineering corporation.
3. Determine that the customer having the right for construction of the company for mechanical sorting of waste in Grodno to allocate in the project documentation of stage "The construction project" stages of works with simultaneous performance of works on construction of the company (concurrent engineering and construction) in the presence of the project documentation of stage approved in accordance with the established procedure "The architectural project".
4. Exempt:
4.1. from the effective date this Decree till December 31, 2016 from taxation by import customs duties taking into account the international obligations of the Republic of Belarus and the value added tax processing equipment, component parts and spare parts to it, the raw materials and materials (further - goods) imported for exclusive use in the territory of the Republic of Belarus for the purpose of implementation of the investment project.
