About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning payment of court fee

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Economic Procedure Code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 6, the Art. 56):

1) in Article 49 part four the word "charges" shall be replaced with words "court fee";

The word "rubles" to replace 2) in part one item 4 of Article 55 with the word "hryvnias".

2. In part three of Article 80 of the Code of civil procedure of Ukraine (2004, Art. No. No. 40-42, 492) words and figures "Article parts one 83 of this Code" to replace sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the word "law".

3. Part one of article 94 of the Code of administrative legal proceedings of Ukraine (2005, 446) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to Art. No. No. 35-37, in the following edition:

"1. If the judgment is made for benefit of the party which is not subject of powers of authority, the court awards all documentary confirmed court costs performed by it within budgetary appropriations of the subject of powers of authority which acted as party litigant or if acted as party litigant its official or the official".

4. In the Law of Ukraine "About court fee" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, No. 14, the Art. 87, Art. 204 with subsequent changes):

1) in Article 3 part two:

"6) declarations of avoidance of marriage with person recognized in the procedure established by the law it is unknown absent";

exclude Items 9 and 10;
