About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning ensuring transparency in the extracting industries

For the purpose of increase in transparency of the extracting industries, implementation of international standards of the reporting, enhancement of management system natural resources, improvements of the investment climate in Ukraine, implementations of standards of the Initiative of ensuring transparency in the extracting industries, and also "Partnership" the open government" the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides implementation of the coalition agreement, initiative:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about subsoil (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1994, No. 36, the Art. 340):

Article 8 to add 1) with Item 15-2 of the following content:

"15-2) publication and distribution of information on the nation-wide and local taxes and charges and other payments, including context information (public inspection) about the extracting industries, for increase in transparency of the extracting industries according to the procedure, established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";

Article 11 to add 2) with part two of the following content:

"The bodies exercising public administration in the field of geological studying, use and protection of subsoil shall provide and publish information on condition of geological studying, use and protection of subsoil in the amount necessary for ensuring transparency in the extracting industries, according to the procedure, established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";

Part the second Article 24 to add 3) with Item 4-1 of the following content:

"4-1) to provide and promulgate information on the nation-wide and local taxes and charges, other payments, and also on productive (economic) activity necessary for ensuring transparency in the extracting industries, according to the procedure approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About oil and gas" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 50, the Art. 262):
