About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning support of sport for children and young people and physical training of children

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1) in paragraph four of part two of article 26 of the Law of Ukraine "About out-of-school education" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 46, Art. 393; 2005, No. 28, Art. 372; 2015, 40) the words "and in children's and youth sports schools" to exclude Art. No. 6;

2) in the Law of Ukraine "About physical culture and sport" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. 7, Art. 50; 2014, No. 2-3, of Art. 41; 2015, No. 6, Art. 40, No. 11, Art. 75):

the seventh and eighth Article 10 to exclude parts;

in Article 26:

include part third of the following content:

"In preschool and other educational institutions positions of specialists in physical culture are surely provided";

in part five to replace the word of "two" with the word of "three";

to include part in Article 48 the twelfth the following content:

"The existing network of the public and utility institutions of physical culture and sport cannot be reduced without the consent of the central executive body providing forming of state policy in the field of physical culture and sport".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
