About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About fight against terrorism"
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About fight against terrorism" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003., No. 25, Art. 180; 2014, No. 29, Art. 946) following changes:
Part one of Article 12 to add 1) with words "the first deputy or the deputy manager of the Anti-terrorist center under the Security Service of Ukraine";
Part the second articles 13 after words to Security Service of Ukraine to add 2) with the words "or person replacing it the first deputy or the deputy manager of the Anti-terrorist center under the Security Service of Ukraine".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
