According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" the Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides:
The regulations on transactions between banks and the related persons approved by Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on November 2, 1998 No. 423 (рег. No. 556 of December 2, 1998);
the resolution of Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 23, 2009 No. 5/2 "About entering of amendments into the Regulations on transactions between banks and the related persons" (рег. No. 556-1 of February 27, 2009) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan 2009, No. 9, the Art. 103).
2. This Resolution becomes effective after three months from the date of its official publication.
