About modification of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine relatively about temporary withdrawal of property and carrying out search

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, Art. No. No. 9-13, 88) the following changes:

Part third of Article 168 to add 1) with the words "which copy is provided to person from whom the property, or to his representative is withdrawn";

Article 236 to add 2) with part nine of the following content:

"9. The second copy of the protocol of search together with the description of the withdrawn property attached to it (in the presence) is handed to person at whom the search is carried out, and in case of its absence - to the full age member of his family or his representative.

When carrying out search at the company, in organization or the organization the second copy of the protocol is handed to the head or the representative of the company, organization or organization".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
