1. Determinations
The following determinations are provided in this instruction:
Export - commodity exportation for realization outside the republic;
The exporter - the economic resident agent of the Republic of Moldova (legal or physical person), irrespective of patterns of ownership on behalf of which the contract (the agreement, the agreement) on commodity export is signed (further the Contract);
