About modification of the Regulations on advertizing of securities and the stock market

According to part two Item 37-8 of Article 7, Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", article 25 of the Law of Ukraine "About advertizing", the Law of Ukraine "About administrative services" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:

1. Bring in the Regulations on advertizing of securities and the stock market approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of January 22, 2013 No. 63, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 12, 2013 for No. 247/22779, the following changes:

1) in the Section II:

third Item 2.1 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"The approved signature of the head of the advertiser or person fulfilling its duties (advertiser) and seal (in the presence) of the advertiser the project of advertizing";

add Item 2.6 with the new paragraph of the following content:

"In case of receipt in the National commission on securities and the stock market of documents which contents does not fall under determination of advertizing of securities and the stock market according to part one of article 25 of the Law of Ukraine "About advertizing" the representative of structural division of the National commission on securities and the stock market performing consideration of documents within seven working days from the date of receipt of the project of advertizing informs on it the advertiser. The documents sent to approval are not subject to return.".
