About some questions of temporary import of vehicles for private use

According to Item 7 of article 7 of the Agreement on procedure for movement by physical persons of goods for private use through customs border of custom union and making of the customs transactions connected with their release of June 18, 2010 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for making of customs transactions concerning the goods for private use moved with physical persons through customs border, and reflection of the fact of recognition of such goods not being under customs control, approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 18, 2010 №311, the following changes:

a) in Item 15:

the words "car - motor-vehicles" in the corresponding case shall be replaced with words "vehicles" in the corresponding case;

the last offer to exclude;

b) in part two of Item 17 of the word "the term of temporary import within most established international treaties and acts constituting the right of the Union" shall be replaced with words "the term of temporary import established by customs authority within the maximum term, stipulated in Item 2 articles 358 of the Code and Item 23 of appendix 3 to the Agreement";

c) part as third of Item 18 to recognize invalid;

d) add with Item 18.1 of the following content:

"18.1. In case of the appeal of the customs applicant to customs authority for prolongation of term of temporary import of the vehicle for private use after the term of temporary import established by customs authority the customs authority prolongs the term of temporary import of such vehicle according to the procedure, determined by Item 17 of this Instruction, from the date of, the expiration of fixed term following behind day, within the maximum term, stipulated in Item 2 articles 358 of the Code and Item 23 of appendix 3 to the Agreement, or refuses prolongation of term of temporary import in the cases and procedure determined by Item 18 of this Instruction.";

e) add Item 19 with part of the following content:
