About measures of stimulation of the military personnel and staff of paramilitary organizations

For the purpose of material stimulation of the military personnel, staff of the paramilitary organizations having special ranks:

1. Establish to the military personnel, the staff of paramilitary organizations having special ranks (except for military personnel of compulsory military service, and also cadets of the organizations of education performing training on specialties for Armed Forces, other troops and military forming, law-enforcement bodies, the Investigative Committee, State committee of judicial examinations, bodies of financial investigations of the State Control Committee, bodies and divisions on emergency situations), who are passing military service (service) under the contract, served at least 5 calendar years (except for the periods of full-time courses of education in the specified organizations of education), the one-time monetary reward in case of the conclusion of the second (subsequent) of the contract or prolongation of the contract for new term in the following sizes:

10 basic salaries - for signed (extended) contract from 3 to 5 years;

35 basic salaries - for signed the contract for 5 and more years.

2. Determine that the one-time monetary reward paid in sotvetstviye with Item 1 of this Decree is compensated by the military personnel, the staff of paramilitary organizations having special ranks in complete size in case of early dismissal from military service (service) before the termination of term of the contract, except for dismissals due to illness or to the limited state of health, in connection with organizational and regular actions, reinstatement of the worker who was earlier holding this position, violation concerning the military personnel, the staff of the paramilitary organizations having special ranks, terms of the contract.

In case of not compensation (incomplete compensation) of the one-time monetary reward in the case provided in part one of this Item, the debt is collected in indisputable procedure based on executive text of the notary.
