About approval of Changes to Regulations on distance training

According to paragraph one of part three of article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About general secondary education", to the second Item 12 of the Regulations on general education educational institution approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 27, 2010 No. 778, and for the purpose of deregulation of introduction of remote form of education and enhancement of the organization of teaching and educational process for remote form of education in general education educational institutions I ORDER to the paragraph:

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on distance training approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of April 25, 2013 No. 466, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 30, 2013 for No. 703/23235, which are applied.

2. To management for public relations and ensuring activities of the Minister (patronage service) (Zagoruyko Yu. A.) in accordance with the established procedure to make mark in cases of archive.

3. To department of general secondary and preschool education (Kononenko Yu. G.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of the Polyansky Item B.
