About modification of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine

Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 38, the Art. 1141), changes which are applied.

1. Item 1 paragraph two after the words "in the field of health care" to add with words ", protection of the population against infectious diseases", and after words "socially dangerous disease" - words ", provides forming and realizes state policy in the field of epidemiological surveillance (observation)".
2. Add Item 3 with subitem 1-1 of the following content:
"1-1) ensuring forming and realization of state policy in the field of epidemiological surveillance (observation),".
3. To add the subitem 12 of item 4 with paragraphs of the following content:
"Will organize conducting the state accounting of infectious and occupational diseases and poisonings;
provides carrying out the state social and hygienic monitoring;
determines requirements concerning complex of actions of sanitary protection of frontier of Ukraine, coordinates activities of executive bodies, local government bodies for these questions;
coordinates carrying out by healthcare institutions, research establishments which belong to the sphere of its management, the actions directed to sanitary protection of the territory of Ukraine;
