About modification and amendments in resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 10, 2009 No. 175 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for construction (reconstruction), the equipment, hardware and content of check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 43, 5/29289):
state the name in the following edition:
"About functioning of check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus";
in preamble of the word of "Article 26" shall be replaced with words "Article 28";
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1.
