About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and to Articles 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of reduction in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 10.05.2016 No. 311

2. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for regulation of activities of banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 28, 2001 No. 368, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 26, 2001 for No. 841/6032 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in the paragraph the second Item 2.1 of Chapter 2 of the Section III of the word "The Commission of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning Supervision and Regulation of Activities of Banks, Supervision (Oversight) of Payment Systems (Further — the Commission of National Bank)" shall be replaced with words "Committee on questions of supervision and regulation of activities of banks, supervision (oversight) of payment systems (further - Committee on questions of supervision)";

To replace 2) in the text of the Instruction of the word "Commission of National Bank" in all cases respectively with the words "Committee on Questions of Supervision" in the corresponding cases.
