According to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova N 685 of September 12, 1994. "About creation of National passport system of the Republic of Moldova, the State register of the population and other systems of the state value" the Government of the Republic of Moldova DECIDES:

1. Approve and enact:

since October 1, 2000 technical data sheet on the tractors and other farm vehicles and mechanisms operated in the territory of the Republic of Moldova and the certificate of the tractor operator-mechanic in forms according to the appendices N 3 and 4.

2. To provide to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources and Processing Industry issue of the documents listed in item 1 of this resolution and to complete their exchange till August 1, 2001.

3. To provide to the ministries, departments and bodies of local public authority in time, determined by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources and Processing Industry, exchange of driver's licenses and registration certificates in jurisdictional enterprises, organizations, the organizations and in the subordinate territories.

4. In a month to provide to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources and Processing Industry selection of the producer of registration signs for vehicles on competitive basis.
