About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1.

Bring in the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 9, the Art. 440) the following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 5:

The earth of agricultural purpose from the State fund of agricultural holdings are provided in lease for 5 years, except for lands of bogharic ploughland and occupied with long-term plantings, lands for maintaining seed-growing, breeding, experimental economy, research, experienced and selection, seed-trial works and agricultural cooperatives which are provided for up to 20 years.
