About modification and amendments in the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1.

Bring in the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 7, the Art. 229) the following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 226-2:

in the name of the word "terrorist nature or" shall be replaced with words "terrorist or extremist nature or";

in part 1:

figures "226, 226-1, 227, 229, 232, 294, 296, 376" to replace with figures "226, 226-1, 226-3, 227, 229, 232, 294, 296, 299 - 299-2, 376";

2. Add Chapter 24 with Article 226-4 of the following content:

"Article 226-4. Participation of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic in armed conflicts or military operations in the territory of foreign state or passing of terrorist and extremist preparation

(1) Participation of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic in armed conflicts or military operations in the territory of foreign state in the absence of signs of nayemnichestvo or passing outside the Kyrgyz Republic of the preparation directed to acquisition of skills of making of terrorist or extremist crime
