Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the administrative responsibility (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 2, the Art. 77) the following change and amendment:
in Article 77:

"The same action provided by part one of this Article committed repeatedly after application of measures of administrative punishment,
attracts deprivation of the permission issued by authorized state body.".
This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
