In pursuance of the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova N 72 of June 12, 2003 "About measures for implementation of export-import transactions by economic agents from east regions of the Republic of Moldova" the Ministry of Finance establishes the following procedure of transfer and compensation of the amounts of customs payments as guarantees for the bank deposit account of customs authorities of Chisinau, Forty, Bender (with the location in the city of Keushen) on the import transactions performed by economic agents from east regions of the Republic of Moldova (further - the payer) which are not intended to the production process, including the intermediary companies.
Legal entities pay customs payments transfer and/or cash (including cash cards).
When implementing payments transfer uses the payment order / the treasurer payment order described in Regulations of National Bank on clearing settlements in NBM N 2511-02 of 12.07.96. In payment documents in the column "Purpose of payment" the name of the paid customs payments is specified.
Transfer by cash of customs payments is performed in customs authorities, authorized to levy the corresponding payments, according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
The advance payment of the amounts of the customs payments added according to provisions of the current legislation of the Republic of Moldova is performed by payers as follows:
- payment of the amounts of customs payments, except for charges for implementation of customs procedures, is transferred into bank deposit accounts of the customs authorities opened in JSC CB Banca Social= for customs authorities of Chisinau and Forty, JSC CB Moldindcombank for customs authority of Bender with the location in the city of Keushen (tip.dok. 1) (Appendix N 1);
