1.1.1. in Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:

in Item 5:
add subitem 5.35 with words ", except for small size vessels";
and "supervision for" to add subitem 5.36 after the words "navigation" respectively with words of "inland navigation vessels, vessels of the swimming mixed (river sea)" and "these";
1.1.2. to state Item 9 of the list of the state organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus, approved by this resolution in the following edition:
"9. Republican unitary enterprise for technical supervision and classification of the vessels "Belarusian Inspection of the Register".";
