About approval and enforcement of the Regulations on the customs control zone

For the purpose of execution of requirements of the Customs code RM accepted by the Law N 1149-XV of July 20, 2000 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2000, of N 160-162, Art. 1201), and implementation of customs control I ORDER:

1. Approve and enact Regulations on the customs control zone.

2. To oblige chiefs of customs:

- take necessary measures for creation of customs control zones;

- within one month from the date of signing of this order to provide the official report to Customs department with appendix of schemes of customs control zones.

3. To exercise control of execution of this order to management of customs control - the head of department of customs control Mr. V. Shvets.

Regulations on the customs control zone

This provision is developed in pursuance of Article 186 of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova and determines procedure for creation, functioning and liquidation of customs control zones, and also sets legal regime of the customs control zone.
