About modification of Article 216 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine concerning refining of competence of National anti-corruption bureau of Ukraine
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Paragraph one of part five of Article 216 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine (2013, Art. No. No. 9-13, 88) after figures "364" to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with figures "366-1".
II. Final and transitional provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day, and becomes effective after the beginning of proper functioning of National anti-corruption bureau of Ukraine and implementation of powers by it in full according to the law.
2. The criminal proceedings opened under article 366-1 of the Criminal code of Ukraine which on the date of entry into force of this Law are in production of investigators of law-enforcement bodies remain in production of these bodies before completion of pre-judicial investigation, irrespective of change of their competence according to this Law.
