About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the principles of prevention and anti-corruption" concerning customs applicants who are on military service

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the principles of prevention and anti-corruption" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. 40, Art. 404; 2014, No. 11, Art. 132, No. 20-21, Art. 712) following changes:

Part one of Article 12 to add 1) with the paragraph third the following content:

"Subjects of declaring which had no opportunity to submit till April 1 on place of employment (service) the declaration on property, the income, expenses and obligations of financial nature for 2014 in connection with mobilization according to presidential decrees of Ukraine for the purpose of maintenance of combat and mobilization readiness of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military forming of Ukraine submit such declaration for accounting year within 30 working days from the date of the termination by the subject of declaring of the passing of military service determined by part two of article 24 of the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" or from the date of its transition to military service by the contract";

The note to form of the declaration attached to the Law to add 2) with Item 14 of the following content:

"14. If the subject of declaring cannot obtain information on property, the income, expenses and obligations of financial nature of the family member who is mobilized according to the presidential decree of Ukraine, the declaration for 2014 is filled in without information, not to the famous subject of declaring. In that case the subject of declaring together with the declaration submits the explanatory note of any form in which specifies what line items of the declaration are not filled, and explains the reasons of their not filling. The subject of declaring shall submit the specified declaration for 2014 no later than 30 working days from the moment of elimination of circumstances which interfered with it to obtain necessary data".
