About modification and amendments in Regulations on retail trade by oil products

In the Regulations on retail trade by oil products approved by the Order of the Government No. 1117 of August 22, 2002. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 122-123, 1240), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

Item 10 to add 1) with the paragraph of the following content:

"retail sale of the main oil products and the liquefied gas in other places, except the certified stations on filling with the main oil products and the liquefied gas, and also acceptance of payment for the released main oil products and the liquefied gas in other places, except cash desk";

Item 14 to state 2) in the following edition:

"14. Operators who service stations on filling with the main oil products and the liquefied gas shall have the special certificates received following the results of certification after passing of special rates. The payment for leave of the main oil products and the liquefied gas is accepted by operators only in cash desk with issue of the cash register receipt";

3) in Item 21 the word "bank" shall be replaced with words "payment";
