About modification of Item 10 of the Procedure for the organization of social and other jobs of temporality
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Bring in Item 10 of the Procedure for the organization of social and other jobs of the temporality approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 20, 2013 No. 175 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 23, the Art. 776), the following changes:
the ninth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"Financing of the organization of social jobs in which registered unemployed persons and/or workers who lost part of the salary are involved is performed at the expense of funds of local budgets and/or fund of obligatory national social insurance for unemployment case (further - Fund).";
add Item after the paragraph of the ninth with the new paragraph of the following content:
"By fund financing of the organization of social jobs which funds for financing are allocated from local budgets is performed first of all.".
