According to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I order:

1. Make changes to the form of information on amounts of compensation of the value added tax from the government budget approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of October 8, 2014 No. 1016, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 16, 2014 for No. 1279/26056, having stated it in the new enclosed edition.

2. Approve Changes in the Procedure for forming and promulgation of the tax information connected with compensation of the value added tax from the government budget, No. approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of October 8, 2014 1016, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 16, 2014 for No. 1279/26056, which are applied.

3. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Chmeruk N. A.) to provide in accordance with the established procedure:

provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
