1. In the Regulations about the mode of required reserves approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 85 of April 15, 2004. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 67-72, 168), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions.
1) In the subitem and) Item 7-1 shall be replaced with words the word "with" "with stipulated".
Item 10 to state 2) in the following edition:
"10. The banks which were not observing the established level of required reserves in MDL throughout two consecutive periods of maintenance will support the required reserves created from the raised funds in Moldovan lei and in inconvertible currencies on the account of required reserves in national currency in NBM.".

"10-1.
