of April 12, 2012 No. 466 "About modification of form of the approximate agreement on provision of medium-term loan", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 28, 2012 on No. 705/21018.

2. To department of local budgets of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Kuzkin E. Yu.) provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To department of ensuring activities of the Minister (patronage service) (Yurik I. I.) in ten-day time from the date of state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to provide its promulgation on the official website of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine on the Internet.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Umansky I. I.
