About recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 20, 2006 No. 1010 "About approval of Rules of creation by local executive body of the area (the city of regional value) and the organization of work of the commission for determination of the size of the acreage which were affected by the adverse natural phenomenon, and form of the act of inspection upon the adverse natural phenomenon" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2006, No. 39, the Art. 431);

2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 17, 2010 No. 425 "About entering of amendments and changes into the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 20, 2006 No. 1010 and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2010, No. 34, the Art. 266).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
