About approval of Rules of reference of the woods to categories of zashchitnost and their transfer from one category in another

For the purpose of separation of forest lands of forest fund, especially protected natural territories and the woods which are not entering into the state forest fund on categories of zashchitnost of the woods, according to Articles 18, of 29, 30 and 31 Forests codes of the Kyrgyz Republic, articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Rules of reference of the woods to categories of zashchitnost and their transfer from one category in another according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.

1. General provisions

1. In case of reference of the woods to categories of zashchitnost it is necessary to provide careful matching of the plantings which are most answering to basic purpose of the marked-out category of zashchitnost of the woods.

2. The category of zashchitnost of the woods is determined for forest lands of forest fund, forest lands of especially protected natural territories and for the woods which are not entering into the state forest fund.
