About approval of the Procedure for forming and maintaining the State register of subjects of natural monopolies of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of determination of procedure for forming and maintaining the State register of subjects of natural monopolies, according to article 4-1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About natural monopolies in the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for forming and maintaining the State register of subjects of natural monopolies of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Treaty of Accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014.

1. The procedure for forming and maintaining the State register of subjects of natural monopolies of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Register) is developed according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About natural monopolies in the Kyrgyz Republic" and is used by authorized body for forming and maintaining the Register.

2. The register presents itself the list of business entities at the goods markets which activities are performed in the conditions of natural monopoly and is subject to state regulation and control.
