About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the Rules of the organization and carrying out tender on right to contract about provision of the fishery site for implementation of industrial fishery approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 14, 2008 No. 264 "About carrying out tender on right to contract about provision of the fishery site for implementation of industrial fishery and the conclusion of such agreement" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 16, Art. 1693; No. 25, Art. 2979; 2012, No. 19, Art. 2403; No. 38, Art. 5121):

a) to add Item 1 after paragraph one with the paragraph of the following content:

"The legal entities specified in paragraph one of this Item shall not be under control of the foreign investor, except for case if control of the foreign investor concerning such legal entities is established according to the procedure, provided by the Federal Law "About Procedure of Foreign Investments in the Economic Societies Having Strategic Importance for Ensuring Defense of the Country and Safety of the State".";

b) add Item 12 with the subitem "d" of the following content:

"e) the applicant is not under control of the foreign investor, except for case if control of the foreign investor concerning such applicant is established according to the procedure, provided by the Federal Law "About Procedure of Foreign Investments in the Economic Societies Having Strategic Importance for Ensuring Defense of the Country and Safety of the State".";

c) add Item 27 with subitems "d" and "e" of the following content:
