About modification of the Procedure for attraction, use and monitoring of the international technical assistance
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Bring in the Procedure for attraction, use and monitoring of the international technical assistance approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 15, 2002 No. 153 "About creation of single system of attraction, use and monitoring of the international technical assistance" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 8 of Art. 340; 2007, No. 52, Art. 2106; 2011, No. 4, Art. 213, No. 99, Art. 3602; 2012, No. 52, Art. 2088; 2013, No. 68, the Art. 2492), changes which are applied.

1. Add Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:
"Action of this Procedure does not extend to projects (programs) which are financed by the international development Agency of the USA according to Item (c) article 7 of the Agreement on task performance in the field of development between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the United States of America for assistance to more transparent and accountable management processes with broad participation of citizens and Item (c) article 7 of the Agreement on task performance in the field of development between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the United States of America for assistance to sustainable economic development on wide public basis as means of ensuring of steady democracy in Ukraine regarding determination of the beneficiary and its participation in process of attraction, use and monitoring of the international technical assistance.".
2. To add Item 6 paragraph two after the word of "representatives" with words of "the interested authorities".
