About modification of the Procedure for attraction, use and monitoring of the international technical assistance

Bring in the Procedure for attraction, use and monitoring of the international technical assistance approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 15, 2002 No. 153 "About creation of single system of attraction, use and monitoring of the international technical assistance" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 8 of Art. 340; 2007, No. 52, Art. 2106; 2011, No. 4, Art. 213, No. 99, Art. 3602; 2012, No. 52, the Art. 2088), changes which are applied.

1. In Item 2:
The paragraph of the seventh after the words "the international technical assistance-" to add 1) with the words "financial and others";
2) to add Item with the paragraph of the following content:
"The grant agreement - the agreement between the donor or the contractor and the recipient on transfer of financial resources (grants) in national or foreign currency within the project (program).".
2. State Item 11 in the following edition:
"11. Projects (programs) are subject to obligatory state registration.".
3. In Item 14:

"14. For state registration of projects (programs) the recipient (recipients) and the donor or person authorized by the donor present in the Ministry of Economic Development in the electronic and paper form such documents:";
In paragraph three of subitem 1 of the word" (The state register of physical persons)" shall be replaced with words 2) "(The state register of physical persons - taxpayers)";
