About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of January 11, 2010 No. 2

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of January 11, 2010 No. 2 "About single questions of conducting financial accounting, creation and submission of accounting records by insurance companies and modification and amendments in some resolutions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 58, 8/21857; 2012, No. 33, 8/24982; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 30.12.2012, 8/26717) following changes:
1.1. in appendix 3 to this resolution:

1.4. in the Instruction about procedure for creation and submission of the accounting records of insurance companies approved by this resolution:
in Item 106 of the word "release of additional shares" shall be replaced with words "the share issue of additional release";
in Item 128 part three to replace the word of "release" with the word "issues";
in paragraphs second and third Item 163 "issued" to replace the word with the word of "emitted".
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2016.
