About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About public associations"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 12, 2007 "About public associations" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2007, No. 5, Art. 363; 2008, No. 3, Art. 202; 2010, No. 7, Art. 554; 2013, No. 3, Art. 202) following changes and amendments:

1. To add part 1 of Article 24 with the paragraph the eleventh the following content:

"-accept from physical persons and legal entities financial support in the form of property and money;".

2. In Article 27:

- to consider the text of Article part 1 and to number;

- add with part 2 following of content:

"2. The voluntary and charitable contributions, grants, property which arrived in public associations from foreign states, foreign legal entities, the legal entities founded with participation of foreign subjects, the international organizations and international social movements and also by means of others physical and "legal entities are subject to registration by registering bodies in the Register of the humanitarian assistance to public associations of the Republic of Tajikistan which procedure for maintaining is determined by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan. The projects financed by the specified subjects are performed by public associations after the notice of registering bodies. The form of the notice is determined by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan.".

3. To add part 2 of Article 34 with the second offer of the following content:

"The procedure for test of authorized activities of public associations affirms the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
