Some questions of preparation of drafts of acts of the legislation electronically

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that during the period from June 1 to September 1, 2015 drafts of acts of the legislation, agendas of cabinet meetings of Ukraine, government committees and materials to them go in accordance with the established procedure in paper and electronic form with use of system of electronic interaction of executive bodies in the mode of trial operation.

2. Bring in the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 54, Art. 2180; 2011, No. 88, Art. 3199; 2013, No. 20, Art. 680, No. 35, Art. 1238; 2014, No. 77, the Art. 2196), changes which are applied.

3. To provide to the state agency concerning electronic control since September 1, 2015 introduction of system of electronic interaction of executive bodies in commercial operation.

The changes made to Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In §12:

The first offer of the paragraph of the third Item 6 after words "the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers" to add 1) with the words "brought in paper form";

Item 9 to add 2) with the offer of the following content: "Such documents return the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers with use of system of electronic interaction of executive bodies, except the documents containing information with limited access.".

2. In §17:
