About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In Item 69 of the Standard regulations of local public administration approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 11, 1999 No. 2263 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 50, Art. 2456; 2007, No. 83, Art. 3072):

In paragraph three of the word "from the moment of their registration" shall be replaced with words 1) "after registration from the date of their promulgation";

In paragraph four the word of "moment" to replace 2) with the word of "day";

3) to add Item after the paragraph of the fourth with the new paragraph of the following content:

"The orders of the head of the local state administration specified in paragraphs three and the fourth this Item are published according to the procedure, provided by the Law of Ukraine "About access to public information".".

2. §154 Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 54, Art. 2180; 2011, No. 88, the Art. 3199) to add with Items 3 and 4 of the following content:

"3. Acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine are subject to obligatory promulgation according to the Law of Ukraine "About access to public information".
