1. Make change to Item 3 of the Procedure and conditions of payment of the one-time monetary assistance in case of death (death), injury or wound, disease or disability of faces of the private and the commanding structure of service of civil protection approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 11, 2007 No. 908 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 52, Art. 2110; 2013, No. 41, the Art. 1477, No. 68, the Art. 2477), having added it with the paragraph of the following content:

"For determination of the extent of the monetary assistance which is paid to family (in case of its absence - to parents and dependents) faces of the private or the commanding structure who died during direct participation in anti-terrorist operation, ensuring its carrying out, being directly in areas of conducting anti-terrorist operation, or died as a result of the wounds got during such participation to cash cover proceeding from which calculation of benefit is perfromed, the official pay rate, salary on special rank, percentage length-of-service allowance and other monthly additional types of cash cover (increase in official pay rate, the allowance, surcharge, remuneration, award), but no more than 5075 hryvnias per month join.".
