About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 11, 2007 No. 908

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 11, 2007 No. 908 "About approval of the Procedure and conditions of payment of the one-time monetary assistance in case of death (death), wound (contusion, injury or mutilation) or disability of faces of the private and the commanding structure of bodies and divisions of civil protection" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007., No. 52, Art. 2110; 2008, No. 53, Art. 1776; 2013, No. 41, the Art. 1477) changes which are applied.

1. In the resolution:
1) in the name of the resolution of the word "wounds (contusions, injuries or mutilations)" shall be replaced with words "injuries or wounds, diseases", and words of "bodies and divisions" - the word of "service";
And figures "According to article 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the legal basis of civil protection" shall be replaced with words 2) in introductory part of the word "According to article 118 of the Code of civil protection of Ukraine";
3) in Item 1 of the word "wounds (contusions, injuries or mutilations)" shall be replaced with words "injuries or wounds, diseases", and words of "bodies and divisions" - the word of "service";
