About entering of amendments and changes into some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in item 4 of the Regulations on the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 958 "Questions of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 125, 5/22673; 2010, No. 70, 5/31442; 2011, No. 78, 5/34101; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 19.06. 2013, 5/37406):
add Item with subitem 4.7-3 of the following content:
"4.7-3. in the terms established by acts of the President of the Republic of Belarus sends to the State Control Committee and its territorial authorities information on the revealed violations of procedure for withdrawal and provision of the parcels of land, transfer of the parcels of land from one categories and types in others;";
state subitem 4.13 in the following edition:
"4.13. determines procedure for carrying out cadastral assessment of lands, the parcels of land of settlements, gardening partnerships and country cooperatives, lands, the parcels of land located outside settlements, gardening partnerships and country cooperatives, cadastral assessment of farmlands, the parcels of land provided to agricultural organizations, including peasant farms, other organizations for farming, including country (farmer) and also for maintaining subsidiary agricultural industry, and maintenance of its results in urgent condition will organize works on cadastral assessment of lands;";
