Regulations on procedure for stay of citizens of the Russian Federation in mobilization human reserve

I. General provisions

1. This Provision determines procedure for arrival of the citizens of the Russian Federation staying in inventory of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, inventory of Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, inventory of Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation (further - citizens), in mobilization human reserve (further - reserve) in peace time, stay in reserve, exceptions of reserve, and also the conclusion of the contract on stay in reserve (further - the contract) and the terminations of its action.

2. Stay of citizens in reserve provides purpose to military position, assignment of military rank, certification and qualification examination, and also participation in actions of operational, mobilization and combat training during passing of military charges.

3. Arrival of citizens in reserve is performed by the conclusion of the contract.
