Article 1. Exempt from punishment in the form of social jobs, penalty, deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities, corrective works, restriction on military service, arrest, restriction of freedom, the direction in disciplinary military unit, imprisonment, and also from other measures of criminal liability in the form of condemnation with delay of execution of the punishment, condemnation with conditional non-use of punishment, condemnation without assignment of punishment:

veterans of the Great Patriotic War;

minors;

expectant mothers;

the women and lonely men having children aged up to eighteen years;

men is more senior than sixty years and women is more senior than fifty five years;

disabled people of I or II groups, and also the patients with active form of tuberculosis carried to I, II, V "And" or V "B" to groups of dispensary accounting and patients with oncological diseases of the second, third and fourth clinical groups;

combat veterans in the territory of other states;

participants of mitigation of consequences of catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP and persons which were affected by this catastrophic crash;

persons who were wounded (contusions), mutilations, diseases in case of fulfillment of duties in the period of military service in the Armed Forces of the USSR, Committee for State Security of the USSR, Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus, other troops and military forming created according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and also persons who were wounded (contusions), mutilations, diseases in connection with implementation of office activities during service in law-enforcement bodies, state security, financial investigations of the State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus, prosecutor's office, bodies and divisions for emergency situations.
